COMBAT BOOTS: £20.95 / PATENT CROC BOOTS: £26.99 / KNEE HIGH BOOTS: £29.95 / STUDDED BOOTS: £19.95 / CHELSEA BOOTS: £24.95
It feels like a while since I've actually had the chance to sit down and blog. In the midst of starting Uni Beauty and Rags has taken a backseat due to me having to juggle both work from my course and my Hit The Floor duties. But I'm finally back in a brand new city, sat in a dim lit room which will now be my home for the next year, and am more than eager to write.
With us now embarking on AW13, boots are an absolute must! From dainty chelsea boots to saucy knee highs everyones embracing their comfort factor and on trend quotient. Now being an even poorer student than I was before, growing up really does suck, I've been hunting on eBay to find some stylish pairs of boots which I would more than happy don this season.
First up is this pair of beat-up pair of combat boots - priced at £20.95. Nothing says rock and roll more than a little tatter and wear, and with the kicks being a faded grey they're essential if you plan on channelling this seasons' beloved punk/grunge trend.
Next up is my favourite of the bunch, this pair of patent croc boots. The edgy footwear is Versace-esque with a patent design that would work well with centrically outlandish fabrics like tartan or block colours. Priced at £29.99, you can't really go wrong.
Knee high boots and over-the-knee boots are a massive hit this season. Designers galore send their AW models down the catwalk wearing this daring craze, soon creating a chain of reaction amongst fashion buyers and retailers, all of whom are stocking up high on these treads. This pair of edgy black buckled knee high boots are priced at a respectable £29.95 and would look great teamed up with a mini skirt and oversized sweater. Thanks for the tip Burberry.
